Cross Creek Men’s Club

The Cross Creek Men’s Club is affiliated with the Oregon Golf Association and is supported by the home course (Cross Creek) owners/managers to hold and sponsor events for member golfers.  Yearly membership dues (for 2020 – $70) includes OGA membership which provides numerous benefits, discounts and includes eligibility to maintain a USGA handicap (soon to become a World Handicap).   The mission of the club is to support, encourage and develop the enjoyment of the lifelong sport of golf for all players of all skill levels and ages.  In addition, the club operates friendly competitive events where members can be recognized for their skill and improvement with rewards that continue the support of the sport and benefit the course and club.

The club operates actively from March through October each year and members can post scores from most events (if USGA eligible) and other regular play that meets USGA rules.  The club holds an organizational meeting on the first Tuesday of March in the evening at a local venue with dinner.  Weekly nine hole events are held each Tuesday beginning the second week of March and continuing through the month of October.   Weekly events are set up so that a variety of formats and yardages are used in the competitions.  In addition to the weekly events, one 18 hole tournament event is held each month from April through October on a weekend.  These tournaments are also set up to use a variety of formats and yardages.  Fees for weekly events and tournaments are greens fees plus an entry fee (for 2020 – $5 for Tuesdays and $15 for tournaments).

Cross Creek Golf Course sponsors a Business League each year. Generally, competition for the league begins in May and goes through August or early September, depending on the number of teams in the league.

Play in one of our tournaments that we host throughout the year. Our largest tournaments are the Annual Brockway Memorial (Open) Golf Tournament in February and our Annual Turkey Shoot in November.
